Desired Quality in stipulated time period

Qualification - Diploma (Civil) / Interior Design Diploma

Desired Experience – 2-6 Years of managing Residential Interior Work

• Good Communication Skills
• Technical Knowledge of High end Residential Interior Work
• Should be able to read/identify issues/queries in Drawings/Schedule

Job Profile-

•  Monitor day-to-day on site work & track the same as per Project Schedule
•  Ensure on site execution of works at Site as per correct Drawings / Details received from Designer
•  Track, requisite & check the quality of the Material delivered at site; plan inventory & make sure, the use of correct material as shown in drawings
•  Delivery co-ordination with Stakeholders for Modular and other readymade furniture which will be delivered at site
•  Ensure Execution at Sites as per Standard ensure execution process
•  Prepare & share Daily Project updates with Project Manager as per Standard formats
•  Highlight/raise execution related issue to Project Manager to avoid any Escalation
