What would you be required to do?
Co-ordinate & Oversee day-to-day execution of residential Interior work at site as per desired quality in stipulated time period.
Understanding of waterproofing techniques, PCC composition/grade, RCC works
Should have good understanding of chronological order of workflow in end-to-end interior execution. Should be able to define following and preceding activities with accurate timelines on MSP.
Should understand labour allocation as per the desired output.
Ability to coordinate with architects/designers to understand the design drawings and suggest changes as per site challenges.
Should understand MEP drawings, flooring layout and floor plan of the project.
Should be able to calculate quantities using AutoCAD and make appropriate quotation. Knowledge of Vray, Corona 3D Max will be an added advantage.
Should have capabilities of making shop drawings on AutoCAD.
Monitor day-to-day on-site work & track the same as per Project Schedule using DPR and WPR
Define daily site output of each task per day/per week in sync with proposed timelines.
Ensure on site execution of work at Site as per correct Drawings / Details received from Designer.
Define correct guidelines for installation as per company standard for each project and get it implemented through site supervisors.
Ensure Execution at Sites as per Standard execution process.
Prepare & share Daily Project updates with Project Manager as per Standard formats. Highlight/raise execution related issue to Project Manager to avoid any escalation.
Keeping track of material and labour cost for each site and having clarity on P&L of the assigned project.
What skills are we looking for?
Qualification - Civil Engineer/ Architect preferably with Project Management Diploma /MBA from NICMAR, RICS, NMIMS or any other reputed institute.
Technical Expertise – 0-4 Years of managing residential Interior Work.
