Job Purpose: Procurement Manger will handle overall Procurement process like Strategic sourcing, Forecasting, conduct research, negotiate with vendors, evaluate bids, analyze data, Develop & implement Procurement strategy. Responsibilities: Procurement Strategy & Planning • Define procurement strategies for timely, cost-effective, and quality-driven material acquisition • Optimize inventory management by determining bulk vs. on-demand purchasing based on project needs • Develop and oversee procurement execution plans covering purchasing, logistics, shipping, and inspections Supplier Management & Negotiation • Identify and evaluate suppliers based on project requirements, credit terms, and performance metrics • Build long-term relationships with key suppliers and negotiate contracts and credit terms • Continuously assess supplier performance to ensure reliability and quality Operational Procurement & Coordination • Process purchase orders and manage the flow of goods to meet production timelines • Collaborate with Quantity Surveyors, Project, and Accounts teams to align procurement with project priorities • Ensure accurate cost calculations, invoice allocations, and order status tracking Inventory & Cost Control • Monitor inventory levels and consumption patterns to avoid shortages or overstocking • Approve bills, track requisitions, and maintain purchasing records and reports • Analyze and review purchase comparisons for cost-effective decision-making Requirements: • Minimum Required Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field • Language Proficiency: English, Hindi • Minimum required Experience: 5-8 years • Skills and Abilities • Management of Financial Resources • Financial Analysis • People Management Skills • Decision Making • Planning, organization, and detail orientation • Visionary and strategic
