What would you be required to do? • Collaborate with the leadership team to formulate and execute the talent strategy for the organisation. • Manage the overall talent acquisition process- Campus as well as lateral, collaborating with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for vacant positions, interviewing, hiring and leading orientation and employee onboarding activities • Analyse trends in compensation and benefits- accordingly propose base and incentive programs to ensure we attract and retain talent. • Provide support and guidance to employees when complex and sensitive issues arise. • Create learning and development programs that provide internal development opportunities for employees. • Oversee employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations. • Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance • Supervise payroll and check monthly variance and ensure all compliances are duly followed • Handle employee grievances and counselling • Manage company image on social media ensuring we are branding even in recruitment process, employee onboarding • Help leadership in drawing out succession plans • Conduct regular Audit of HR processes and databases with the help of an external agency • Prepare efficiency metrics for HR department • Conduct mid year reviews and year end appraisals across departments ; • Keep databases for employees, vendors, insurance, trainings and appraisals • Conduct employee engagement activities regularly What skills are we looking for? • An uncompromising passion for problem solving • Excellent communication skills- written and verbal • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills. • Excellent analytical skills. • Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
